working principle:
The sampling valve is designed for the food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It is sterilized before and after each sampling. The valve body and the connecting piece are made of a single piece of material to avoid cracks and weld vents.
Closed valve: disinfection
When the valve is closed, open the valve port for disinfection. If steam sterilization is used, it is recommended to use a small pressure relief valve (optional) on the outlet.
Open valve: sampling
When the valve is open, the stem and diaphragm seal will shrink, allowing liquid to pass. Sterile sampling is possible by using standard accessories. These accessories are designed to ensure proper conditions for disinfection (2bar-121°C).
