operational principle
Magnetic stirrers are mainly designed for GMP transformation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and food. Small size, reasonable structure, excellent performance, and reliable use. It is a stirring device suitable for various stainless steel reaction tanks and liquid distribution tanks, mainly composed of internal magnetic steel, external magnetic steel, isolation sleeve, and transmission motor components.
The contact part of the SY magnetic stirrer is entirely made of 316L \ 304 material, and the operation of the mixing shaft is driven by a permanent magnet coupling. Replace dynamic mechanical seals with static dead seals using welded isolation sleeves.
The stirring impeller of the magnetic stirrer rotates to generate a vortex, which sucks soluble powder or liquid materials into the vortex and quickly sucks them into the stirring impeller. The centrifugal force of the impeller rotation collides the material radially from the outer diameter of the impeller into the tank wall. The material circulates as the collision force increases and is then sucked back to the suction end of the impeller. The thrust of the impeller keeps the material moving and stirring, homogenizing, mixing, dissolving, and dispersing, ultimately forming a stable and fine product.
